The Dimensions of the stand ( usually settled down in promotional lane or in spaces well visible ) are agreed beforehand with the staff responsible for every outlet.
A few days before a detailed small map is provided with the arrangement expected for the expository material and every other useful indication.
Material for the stand preparation: it is by us provided and installed usually to the morning of the day of beginning of the activity
The materials are cases, barrels, trullo, handcarts, exhibitors, table, advertising material and illustrative playbills of every product proposed.
Products for the tasting are delivered together with this material.

Hostess for the tastings: the hostess's presence would be confermed for the days and the time agreed upon; he is to our load and it is equipped with the regular authorizations.
