Rosso / IGT Puglia / Biologico Vegano:
HARVESTING: By hand.
VINIFICATION: grapre pressing and destemming, cold maceration and soft pressing with pnreumatic press.
REFINING: in stainless steel vats at 16° controlled temperature. during ageing the wine undergoes several analytical controls to assure its integrity.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%vol
COLOUR: ruby red with darker tinges.
NOSE: Fruity with delicate flowery notes and hints of black berries, slightly spicy.
PALATE: Warm and dry, well balanced and smooth.
SUGGESTED PAIRINGS: This wine pairs well with the whole meal, it is especially suitable with braised and grilled meat, medium aged cheese with jams.
